This Tudor watch is in great, honest vintage condition. The case is strong with scratches and nicks. The case appears to have been polished in the past. The bezel ring has remained sharp and is in great condition. The bezel insert has faded evenly throughout and now presents as bluish /lavender depending on the lighting. The pip at 12 is missing the outer part. The crystal has been polished and shows some wear. It shows signs of polishing at three and has a nick. The dial and hands are in great condition and have developed light patina. The dial shows some wear along the edge between three and four, this can be hard to notice. The lume in the hands and on the dial have aged to a pleasing pale yellow color and have developed patina. The lume in the hands appear to have a shiny surface and may have been stabilized. The bracelet is in good condition with wear and scratches throughout. The bracelet shows a little stretch between the links.

Tudor offered the "Snowflake" style hands on the Submariners since 1969 and this era of Tudor Submariner would be the last to use them until Tudor brought back this design element to some modern models. The 94110 came out around 1973 and Tudor offered these in blue or black. Collectors tend to gravitate towards these blue Snowflakes because the French Navy / Marine Nationale chose this color to issue in the 1970s.
The Snowflake we have here comes directly from the original owner and was clearly loved and worn for a long time. From the well preserved blue dial to the faded bezel, this watch has taken on a beautiful aesthetic. The lume has all aged to a lovely pale yellow color that pops with the blue dial. The faded blue, not greyish-blue with a hint of lavender bezel gives this watch a distinctively vintage look that enhances the whole vibe.
