| Case: | Excellent stainless steel case that has been lightly polished with some wear and scratches. The numbers between the lugs are clearly visible. The original bevels appear to still be visible. The red-back bezel is in great condition with light wear. The inside caseback is stamped IV.65. |
| Dial: | Excellent black glossy dial with a fine patina throughout. The lume in the hands has developed patina and darkened and the lume on the dial has developed patina with some plots having small spots of darker patina. |
| Bracelet: | Very good stainless steel 7206 Oyster Rivet with 10 links and 80 end links. Back of Oysterclasp is stamped "1 67" which makes sense for the case production. The bracelet shows some wear and scratches and has some stretch between the links. |

This Rolex watch is in overall great, honest vintage condition. The case is strong with scratches and wear, it appears to have been polished and the bevels are still visible. The bezel is in great condition with some light wear and the colors have remained vibrant. The dial is in overall great condition with a fine patina/ spotting throughout. This can be hard to notice depending on the lighting. The dial has remained glossy. The lume on the dial has aged to a lovely butter color and has developed patina. The lume in the hands has developed patina and has darkened. This watch has retained its original date wheel with "hooked 7s" and closed "6s." The rivet Oyster bracelet is in good condition with wear and some stretch between the links which is pretty common for this style bracelet.

I have worn this watch everyday for 47 years, had it cleaned every 8 or so years, had the bezel replaced with the new one back in the 80s. Paid $400 in Switzerland in 1970. This is the greatest lifetime deal ever!!
