The Tudor Fastrider Black Shield more than lives up to its evocative name with a sleek black ceramic case, bold red accents, and chronograph functions. The case itself measures 42mm in diameter and is presented in ceramic in a bead-blasted finish and also features a brushed middle case and matte red accents. The winding down crown, chronograph pushers, and rapid date corrector are all crafted from PVD-coated steel, and the case wears on a matching black leather bracelet secured by a PVD-coated folding safety clasp. The Fastrider runs on a calibre 7753 movement with self-winding technology, a 46-hour power reserve, and stopwatch functions.
