The Rolex 126660 for sale here today is the latest edition of the James Cameron Rolex Deepsea diver. Its feature set includes the iconic blue D-Blue gradient dial that debuted with the first commemorative reference in 2014, only now the hour markers and Mercedes hands are filled with desirable Chromalight luminous material. Another notable upgrade included with the newer-model 126660 is the calibre 3235 movement, which boasts anti-magnetic technology as well as a longer 70-hour power reserve and an upgraded skeletonized Chronergy Escapement.
The Deepsea itself is a polarizing dive watch that boasts a larger 44mm case size that was developed to accommodate the Helium Escape Valve for greater water-resistance. Collectors will also appreciate the addition of a Cerachrom ceramic bezel insert, handsome Oystersteel, and a classic Oyster bracelet secured by a clever folding Oysterlock clasp and Glidelock wet suit extension system
