This Rolex watch is in overall excellent condition with some surface wear to the case, caseback, bezel and lightly on the clasp.

Older Rolex Cellini watches are much more luxurious than the modern references that are currently on the market, offering all-gold finishes and more intricate bracelets. The vintage ref. 6622 that you see here today is a men's example from the early 1990s that features a 33mm round case in 18 karat yellow gold, curved end links, a supple leather bracelet secured by a gold clasp, and a stunning champagne Jubilee dial topped with yellow gold hour markers and hands. The case houses a Quartz movement and shows some minor wear on the bezel consistent with age.
