Just purchased my first Rolex from these guys. I had some trouble and delays from FedEx to get it into Canada but that was not their fault.
Overall, I'm very satisfied with my purchase and excellent service!

I had been looking for a new GMT Master II in stainless steel with black face and black bezel, all of the AD's in my area were sold out. A friend recommended Bob's. I found exactly the watch I was looking for, with the original box and papers. The watch was listed as a "grade II". I called and spoke to the sales associate who pulled the watch and knowledgeably answered all of my questions and addressed my concerns. She also walked me through the order process.
The watch arrived as promised, the following day after I wired the payment and it is flawless. The condition of the watch exceeded my expectations. There is not a scratch, mark, smudge...nothing. It is as they said "like new". I am very pleased with my purchase and would not hesitate to shop with Bob's watches in the future if I am in the market for a luxury timepiece.

I cannot speak highly enough about my experience with Sam Berger at Bob's watches. After researching for a week on the internet, I decided to sell my fathers Rolex using Bob's website. There is nobody more cautious on this planet than myself when it comes to purchasing or selling especially on the internet. I sold my Father’s Rolex GMT to Bob’s Watches. I’m writing this review because I had a terrific and enjoyable time working with this Company. The Associate I worked with was Sam Berger. She did a terrific job in advising me of my Rolex GMT Value. I sent her a photo of the Rolex Gmt and was then given a quotation which was way beyond what I thought it was worth. She then sent me a Fedx box to ship to her for on site evaluation. It turned out to be reloomed which was disssppointing as it lowered the value. She said would try to locate a buyer which she did and still gave me a great price for my watch. She was extremely helpful in explaining everything about my Rolex’s value. I felt she was honest and made me feel so glad I had her to sell my Rolex for me. She sent me a check in two days.
I would highly recommend working with Sam Berger In selling or buying a Rolex with this Company. To me she went above and beyond in helping me through this process which I had never done before.

Just sold my Rolex. The whole process was very quick and easy. They earned my trust in the company and in future if I had to buy a Rolex or any luxury watch, this would be my first stop. Only sad part is I had to let go of my watch which is like 6 months old and lost quite some money but still got better money than what some Dealers offered. Maybe I would have got more money in open market like eBay etc but that would require luck where a specific buyer should be in need of your specific model and willing to pay good money but those are troubled waters to navigate. I was give a quote before I decided to let go my watch and so I knew how much I was getting. Once we are ok with that, rest is breeze. Good job Bobs. Thumbs up.
