One of the things that made me desire to go with Bobs was the fact that all watched are guaranteed 100 percent factory. Most other online retailers do not guarantee this and many will have aftermarket bracelets and such. Thank you for an absolutely stunning Rolex at an affordable price point. Wow, is all I can say. I saw and ad for Bob's and submitted my Rolex Submariner information and photos at 10am last Saturday. Laura called me withing a couple of hours and told me what the value of my watch was dependent upon the condition it was in. She clearly outlined how much the value would drop for each item such as the crystal, face and band and sent me an overnight FedEx label. I shipped the watch on Monday and received an email acknowledgement that my watch had arrived and that I would receive a call with a price by the end of the day. Laura called me that afternoon with an extremely robust offer for my watch. She took by wire transfer information and I had my money by 2pm on the next day. Fabulous service, nice people to work with and I highly recommend. I was really skeptical at first to sell my watch online but it was a great decision.
